Cuckfield House Theft
At about 4pm on Friday, September 1, a man called at a house in Church Platt, Cuckfield and gained entry under the pretence of looking for an address. When he left it was found that various items had been stolen. It would appear that the occupant may have been followed home from the nearby Cuckfield Stores.
The man is described as about 6 ft tall, close cropped auburn hair and was wearing a light coloured short sleeved T shirt with a green or blue motif across the front.
