Downloading...
To download a document to your computer (where provided),
right-click the link and select 'Save Target As' on the menu. Mac
users control-click and select 'download link to disk'. Select a
suitable location to save to in the dialog box that appears and click OK.
To print a download directly, right-click as above and
select 'Print Target' on the menu.
Whether downloading or printing, allow time for the
document to download, this may take up to a minute or so depending on the
size of the document. An indication of download time is given
against the link for a 56k dial-up connection.
To view the document, browse to the location you saved it
to and click the document file.
All downloadable documents on this site are in the web
industry standard PDF format - 
They have the file extension .pdf
You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to view downloaded
documents, use the link below to obtain the free reader if you don't
already have it on your computer.

If you wish to print the web pages from this site, for
