Please follow this simple procedure if you wish your site to be considered for link exchange.  We only accept link requests using this procedure to save us both time - thank you.
Strictly 'on-topic' link exchanges (sites with similar subject matter) or in our near geographical area will be considered, all others will be binned without acknowledgment.  Our link exchange requirements are below (step 3).

Important - Ensure you place our link on your page before submitting your link details (form in Step 2).  If our automated spider cannot find our link at the URL string you specify in the form field 'Reciprocal link URL' your request will be automatically rejected.

STEP 2 - your link on our site

Please supply your site details using this form.  Only requests received via a correctly completed form will be considered - it sends to our link manager, requests submitted by any other means will likely be ignored as they'll reach the wrong person.

We'll send an e-mail to verify your e-mail address containing an activation link, if this is not activated your request will be binned.  Thereafter we'll e-mail when your site is approved or declined.  Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for reply.

Privacy - We only use your supplied details for the purpose of processing your link request and informing you of the outcome.  By submitting this form we collect your IP address & user agent to report form abuse.


STEP 3 - Our link exchange requirements

Most of these are required to be met for your site to be considered in order to maintain the integrity of this site.  Please don't bother to submit your site if it doesn't come anywhere near, it'll be ignored along with junk requests!  The only exception made to our linking criteria is to other local Neighbourhood Watch sites and very new sites at our discretion:

  • Our link must be clearly user navigable within 3 clicks from your home page

  • Your site content must have close relevance to our site, be written in English, not under construction, should be maintained and not hosted on free webspace

  • Your home page must have a Google PageRank (PR) of 3 or more, your links page should be indexed and ranked on Google

  • We won't link to sites that employ auto pop-up windows

  • We don't consider sites with adult, gambling, pharmaceutical, hate content or sites that promote illegal activities including sites that contain links to such sites

  • Your link pages should be static URLs and hosted on-site

  • We don't like linking to sites with many (50+) links stuffed per page - spread them over many pages if necessary

  • Your links shouldn't be of mixed site categories and they should be rotated regularly

  • We don't link to link farms or sites that appear to spam the search engines by using unethical practices

We check periodically to ensure that reciprocal linking is maintained and will remove your site without notice if we cannot find our link anymore.
